About Coach

Owner and Head Coach at OCI Fitness, Caylyn has been part of the CrossFit community since 2010 and a cornerstone of OCI since 2013. What started as a passion for training quickly turned into a calling—leading her to begin coaching in 2018 and ultimately take ownership of the gym in 2022.


Caylyn holds her CrossFit Level 2 certification along with a nutrition certification, and will be completing her CrossFit Kids Certification in August. She brings both experience and intention to every class she leads. Her coaching style is best described as strict but fun—she holds athletes accountable to proper movement and effort while still creating an environment people genuinely enjoy showing up to.
Growing up, Caylyn played just about every sport she could, eventually focusing on softball and serving as captain of her high school golf team. That competitive background still shows up today in her coaching and leadership.


Her favorite movement is the squat, and while she programs running… she’ll be the first to admit it’s not her favorite. Outside the gym, she’s either running anyway or fueling up with coffee—something she’s unapologetically obsessed with.


What Caylyn values most about OCI Fitness is the community. For her, it’s the people that make it more than just a gym—it’s a place she wants to be on both the good days and the hard ones. And that’s exactly the kind of environment she works to build for every member who walks through the door.
